Joe Wang

Joe Wang has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and positions. Joe started their career in the hospitality industry, where they held management roles from 1992 to 1996. Following that, they joined Ford Motor Company in 1996 and worked as a District Sales Manager, responsible for sales and marketing, and later as a District Services Manager. In 2003, Joe joined Big Valley Ford as the Director of Fixed Operations, where they turned around the Parts, Service, and Body Shop operations, leading to significant sales and profit growth. In 2006, they joined Best Buy, where they held various senior director roles, overseeing services channel strategy, fulfillment operations, and emerging business support and integration. In 2013, Joe joined ServicePower as the Chief Services Officer, where they played a key role in developing integrated software products and services. In 2021, they became the President of Sears Home Services before transitioning to the role of Chief Strategy Officer at Encompass Supply Chain Solutions in 2022.
