Samuel M. Santos has a diverse work experience. Samuel began their career in 2014 as an Empreendedor at Samtê Tecnologia em Soluções. In 2017, they became an IT Field Support Analyst at Encontre um Nerd. In 2019, they worked as an IT Support Technician (Outsource) at White Martins, a Wireless Connectivity Technician (Outsource) at Santander Brasil, a Strategic Technical Support Field (Outsource) at Tok&Stok, an Analista de suporte de redes (Outsource) at Linktel Telecomunicações Do Brasil Ltda, and an IT Field Support Technician (Outsource) at Reserva. Samuel also worked as an IT Support Analyst (Outsource) at Nufarm in 2020. In November 2020, they joined the Sumitomo Chemical Latin America IT team as an IT Infrastructure Technician, IT Support Technician, and Sumitomo Chemical Culture Ambassador. As of January 2021, they have been responsible for the provisioning of equipment for São Paulo, and for field employees in Brazil.

Samuel M. Santos attended Colégio Cosmos from 2006 to 2016, where they completed their elementary education. Samuel then attended ETEC - Escola Técnica Estadual de São Paulo from 2016 to 2018, where they received a Technical Certificate in Internet Information Technology integrated with high school. From 2019 to 2020, they attended UNIFACCAMP Centro Universitário Campo Limpo Paulista and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences with a specialization in Advertising and Propaganda. Currently, they are attending Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, where they are pursuing a degree in Computer Networks.
