Alain Lamens has a diverse background in the hotel industry and event management. Alain started their career at Claridge's as a Back of House Assistant Manager and Room Service. Alain then moved on to The Landmark London, where they worked as an Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager and later in Banqueting Operations. In 2002, they joined AVC Live Ltd as an In-House Technical Events Manager and eventually became the Director of Operations for Europe. Currently, Alain is also the Director of Operations for Europe at Encore. Throughout their career, Alain has gained extensive experience in operations management and a strong passion for technology and production.
Alain Lamens' education history includes a Certificate in Electro Technical Installations from City of Westminster College, which they obtained from 2004 to 2007. Earlier, in 1996, they attended Atlas Business Training for Business Negotiations and Intensive Marketing. From 1993 to 1996, they pursued Hotel Operations Management at Institut Supérieur de Gestion Hôtelière. In 1990, they attended the University of Brussels, where they focused on Business/Commerce, General.
