Kevin Robinson

Kevin Robinson, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources at Encore Bank, a position held since March 2021. Previously, Kevin was an Adjunct Professor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock from August 2017 to June 2021, teaching Principles in Human Resources Management. Prior to that role, Kevin accumulated extensive experience at IBERIABANK, where tenure included Vice President and Human Resources Regional Manager, as well as Human Resources Manager, from 1998 to March 2021. Kevin holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Arkansas State University.
