Sarah Berg

Sarah Berg, CRCM, is an experienced compliance professional currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Encore Bank since September 2020. Previously, Sarah held the position of Vice President and Compliance and CRA Officer at The Farmers and Merchants Bank from January 2017 to September 2020, as well as Compliance Officer at Farmers and Merchants Bank from December 2010 to September 2020. Prior to a career in compliance, Sarah worked as a Senior Recruiter and Information Technology Recruiter at TEKsystems from May 2006 to November 2010. Sarah is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager, having completed the ABA National Compliance School in 2015, and holds a degree from the University of Arkansas, where education was completed from 2001 to 2006.
