Keytza Marie Santana, MBA, is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with a strong background in reservations and customer service. Currently serving as a Reservations Sales Agent and Spa Receptionist at Encore Boston Harbor since May 2023, Keytza has previously held roles including Group Reservations Coordinator at InterContinental Boston and various positions at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®), where responsibilities encompassed booking and managing guest reservations and delivering exceptional customer service.
