Lori Yeager

Lori Yeager has over 30 years of experience in human resources. Lori is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Encore Boston Harbor. Prior to this, they were the owner and Chief Human Resources Consultant at POP! HR "Powering Optimal Performance" from 2018 to 2022. From 2016 to 2022, they served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Ocean Casino Resort. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Sysco from 2015 to 2016. Lori also worked at Caesars Entertainment from 2005 to 2014, holding various roles such as Regional Vice President, VP of Human Resources, Director of Human Resources, Regional Director of Staffing & Employment, and Regional Director of Training & Development. Lori has experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as leading HR initiatives for a multi-property, multi-jurisdiction business unit. Prior to this, Lori worked at Intrawest as the Director of Human Resources and at ProHR Consulting as the Owner and Chief Consultant. Lori started their career as the Personnel and Training Manager at Trump Plaza. Throughout their career, Lori has demonstrated expertise in HR leadership, performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Lori Yeager completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Development at Michigan State University from 1981 to 1986.
