Isabella McPeak

Isabella McPeak has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Isabella began their career in 1988 as the President of Peak Data Systems, Inc., where they successfully completed 250 enterprise software implementations and developed a portfolio of vertical solutions. Isabella then worked as a Solution Architect at Tectura, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics Axapta Financials & Distribution. Isabella later became a Master Business Coach at ActionCOACH Seattle, assisting entrepreneurs in achieving their business goals. Isabella also served as the President of The Rotary Club of Lake Union and as an Assistant Governor at Rotary District 5030. Isabella's expertise in tax advising led their to work as a Master Tax Advisor at H&R Block, filing hundreds of individual, business, and corporate tax returns. Isabella then transitioned to Peak Business Coach, Inc., where they advised family business owners on tax strategies and helped plan their business transition to the next generation. Isabella is currently a Senior Solution Architect at Encore Business Solutions, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations, including complex data migrations and integrations with external systems.

Isabella McPeak has a varied education history. Isabella attended New York University in 2004-2005, where they studied Business Coaching. In 1998-2000, they pursued an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix. Moving further back, McPeak attended New York University again in 1985-1986, focusing on Computer Programming. Their earliest known educational experience is from 1979-1981, when they received a B.S. in Biology from The Catholic University of America.

In addition to their formal education, McPeak has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they became an Enrolled Agent (EA) through the Internal Revenue Service. In 2017, they achieved the AFSP certification, also from the Internal Revenue Service.
