Adolfo Barrantes

Adolfo Barrantes has extensive experience in leadership and customer service roles, currently serving as a Collections Team Leader at Encore Capital Group since March 2015, where responsibilities include worker management and communication. Previously, Adolfo worked as a Technical Support Agent at Convergys for a short period in 2012, focusing on performance management and customer experience.
