Patrick Flandreau

Patrick Flandreau, PMP, HRIP has extensive work experience in various roles within the human resources and project management field. Patrick is currently working as the Director of Workday Support Operations at Encore Capital Group since September 2022. Prior to this, they held roles at Midland Credit Management as a Senior Manager of the Workday Support Team and Senior Manager of HRIS from 2016 to 2022. Patrick also worked as an HR Workforce Analytics Manager at Meijer from 2015 to 2016, and as a Senior Manager of HR Project & Technology at FTD from 2014 to 2015. Before that, they served as an HRIS Manager at Petco from 2009 to 2014 and a Project Manager at Cox Enterprises from 2008 to 2009. Furthermore, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Sierra-Cedar from 2006 to 2008 and as a Senior Business Analyst at Turner Broadcasting System, Inc from 2004 to 2006. Patrick began their career as a consultant at Sierra-Cedar from 1997 to 2004 and also had a brief stint as an MBA Summer Associate at Pfizer in 1996.

Patrick Flandreau, PMP, HRIP earned a BA in Criminal Justice from the University at Albany, SUNY in 1995 and later completed an MBA in Human Resources / Information Systems from the same institution in 1997. In 2007, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2013, they became a Human Resources Information Professional (HRIP) through IHRIM (International Association for Human Resource Information Management). Additionally, Patrick has additional certifications in the Accelerating Implementation Methodology (AIM) and as a Certified Business Analyst from George Washington University.
