Puneet Sharma

Puneet Sharma is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Group Manager at Encore Capital Group since February 2014, after holding the position of Group Manager. Prior to this role, Puneet worked at Convergys as a Senior Customer Support Executive from June 2013 to February 2014, and at IBM Global Process Services as a Senior Customer Service Associate between August 2011 and May 2013. Puneet holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Sikkim Manipal University, completed in 2011, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University obtained in 2009. Early education includes an Intermediate degree in Commerce from Rainbow English School Janak Puri in 2005.
