Saurav Ray

Saurav Ray has a range of experience in finance and management. Saurav started their career in 2001 at Ernst & Young as part of its Assurance Services team. Saurav then worked at Innodata Isogen as Deputy Manager - Finance before joining Wipro Limited as a Senior Manager - Finance. Saurav later became the Finance Controller at Manpower Services India Pvt. Ltd. In 2009, they transitioned to vCustomer as an Associate Director. Saurav then joined Encore Capital Group in 2011 as an Assistant Vice President Finance, progressing to various roles including Director Finance, Senior Director Finance | Country Finance Head, and Vice President | Country Finance Head. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Vice President.

Saurav Ray attended the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2010, where they completed the Advance Program on Strategic Management. Prior to that, they obtained a CA degree from the Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2000.
