Siddharth Nayar has over 15 years of experience in quality assurance, consumer experience, and operations across multiple industries, including debt recovery, insurance, and travel sales. Currently serving as Director of Global Quality & Consumer Experience at Encore Capital Group since March 2015, Siddharth leads quality assurance and compliance for a global team of approximately 3000 FTE, overseeing a yearly collection of around USD 2 billion. Siddharth has implemented innovative consumer feedback tools and represented the department in regulatory audits. Previous roles include Senior Manager at MetLife, where Siddharth guided quality assurance for the U.S. insurance business, and Group Manager at WNS Global Services, focusing on quality functions for travel and insurance sectors across diverse geographies. Siddharth holds a PGDCA from XLRI Jamshedpur, a PGD in Mass Communication from Bharatiya Vidya Bhawan, a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University, and foundational education in Commerce from St. Francis De Sales.
