Cristina Rangel

Cristina Rangel has extensive work experience in human resources and has held various leadership positions in different companies. Cristina is currently serving as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Encore Dredging Partners, LLC. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at TAS Commercial Concrete Construction, LLC from 2018 to 2021, where they focused on transforming cultures and building HR division infrastructure. Before that, they held multiple roles at Orion Group Holdings, Inc., including Sr. Human Resources Manager and Corporate Sr. Human Resources, where they championed improved HR strategies and supported strategic business goals. Cristina also worked as a Corporate Human Resources partner at Evergreen Tank Solutions, where they aligned HR with the company's vision and supported organizational performance. Finally, they started their career at Kohl's as a District Compliance Auditor, where they demonstrated expertise in operations and collaborated with cross-functional teams to achieve operational improvements.

Cristina Rangel attended Tulane University Law School from 2021 to 2022, focusing on Labor and Employment Law. Prior to that, they pursued a Post Baccalaureate degree in Human Resources Management at the University of Houston-Clear Lake from 2011 to 2013. Cristina also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Management from DeVry University. Cristina started their education journey at San Jacinto College, where they studied General Studies. Additionally, Cristina returned to Tulane University Law School for further studies in Labor and Employment Law.
