Andy Sizemore

Andy Sizemore is the Director of Southern Colorado Business Unit at Encore Electric, where he oversees Southern Colorado construction and service projects and is directly responsible for the sustainable growth of Encore Electric business in the Southern Colorado market.

Through his 21-year career with Encore Electric, Sizemore has held a variety of positions, from starting as a first-year electrical apprentice all the way up to a variety of leadership roles with the organization. Most recently, he served as Senior Project Manager where he was responsible for establishing relationships with general contractors, trade partners, and owners to ensure project success by providing comprehensive services including constructability and design reviews, budget support, subcontractor management, and scheduling from breaking ground to final project delivery.

Sizemore has contributed to many award-winning project teams during his time with Encore Electric, including the University of Colorado Springs Ent Center for the Arts, several UCHealth and Centura projects across the Rocky Mountain region, and the United States Air Force Academy as well as Ft. Carson. His hands-on experience and extensive knowledge of the Southern Colorado market has set him up to lead this team to continued success.
