Tom Waltemath

Tom Waltemath is the Director of Technology Solutions at Encore Electric, where he is responsible for guiding and authorizing preconstruction, design and engineering, operations, and project management activities. He leads a 60-member team in delivering the company’s technology solutions.

An industry veteran with 28 years of service, Waltemath held executive and senior management roles at an Arkansas-based construction company prior to joining Encore Electric as operations manager for Technology Solutions. Grounded in the traditions of a hard-working farming community, he built his career on a foundation that emphasized integrity and a strong work ethic, and always relied on teamwork to solve any challenge. He credits early mentoring and Encore’s determination to shape its legacy culture for inspiring his commitment to developing the company’s next generation of leaders.

Waltemath’s approach to solving problems for Encore Electric customers is based on listening and making decisions on what is best for people and their businesses. He considers aligning a diverse team from different verticals under a single vision as important as any family-building activity. It is a mission he believes makes every day an exciting adventure.

Waltemath studied architectural engineering at Colorado Mesa University before launching his career. He is a member of the Building Industry Consulting Service International and is a Registered Communication Distribution Designer.
