John Brown

John Brown has a strong background in technology and information technology (IT) roles. John started their career in 1995 as an IT Analyst at BHP/Magma Copper Company, where they were responsible for liaising with engineering project teams and supporting Helpdesk procedures and software. From 1997 to 2001, they worked as a Senior Technical Consultant at FB&B Consulting Group. In 2002, they joined MICE North America as their Director of IT until 2007. John then moved on to Beasley Media Group, where they served as the Director of IT from 2007 to 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Technical Consultant at Carolina Catholic Radio Network before joining Encore Exchange as their Director of Technology, where they oversee various technology functions and serves as the Information Security Officer.

John Brown earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arizona, where they attended from 1989 to 1994. John also holds a certification as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) from Microsoft.
