Brian McPherson

Brian McPherson currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic Transformation at Encore Fire Protection, a role held since August 2025. Prior to this position, Brian gained extensive experience as an Investment Banking Associate and Summer Associate at Harris Williams from June 2022 to August 2025 and June 2021 to August 2021, respectively. Earlier in Brian's career, leadership as Director of Strategy was demonstrated at Hydrian from January 2018 to May 2021, and a progressive track record was established at Manhattan Associates from January 2014 to January 2018 through roles including Account Manager, Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Associate Consultant. Additional experience includes a Summer Analyst position at Morgan Stanley and a Summer Intern role at Chart Industries. Brian holds a Master of Business Administration from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University, complemented by a study abroad program in Sustainable Energies at Hochschule Trier. Education includes a high school diploma from The Walker School.
