Courtney Panasuk is an experienced marketing and culture engagement professional with a strong background in digital marketing and customer relations. Currently serving as Culture & Engagement Manager and Digital Marketing Strategist at Encore Fire Protection since February 2021, Courtney manages high volumes of inbound sales requests and trains employees on HubSpot CRM usage. Prior to this, Courtney worked for New England Ice Cream Corporation for over 12 years, demonstrating reliable service and team support. Additionally, Courtney held various roles at Specialty Commerce Corp., including Marketing Analyst and Coordinator, where responsibilities included data analysis, report generation, and collaboration for product launches. Courtney holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
