Richard Favre

Richard Favre has a diverse background in fire safety and marine biology. Currently serving in the role of Suppression Deficiency Sales at Encore Fire Protection since June 2021, Richard previously held positions at Cintas as an SSR, at Amazon as a Personal Shopper, and as a Farm Manager at Walrus and Carpenter Oysters. Richard’s experience in fire safety is highlighted by a notable tenure at Mid Rivers Fire Safety as a Fire Safety Technician and Marine Division Head, overseeing significant safety inspections and compliance. Additionally, Richard's early career includes roles as an Aquaculture Technician at Amy's Island Seafood, Owner and Aquarist at Blue Water Aquarium Solutions, and various sales associate positions in aquarium stores, all of which contributed to a solid foundation in marine biology, culminating in a Bachelor's degree from Florida Atlantic University.
