Joshua H. possesses a diverse background in event technology and technical services, with current expertise as the Director of Event Technology II at Encore since August 2021, where responsibilities include directing sales and operations to meet revenue goals while fostering key venue relationships. Prior experience includes a role as Field Technician II at Charter Communications, delivering high-quality installations, and several positions at PSAV from 2015 to 2021, culminating in the role of Director of Event Technology. Joshua's earlier experience as an M1A1 Tank Gunner in the United States Marine Corps equipped with skills in teamwork and operations. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Recording Arts Technology from Full Sail University, completed in 2015.
