Nicole Greco

Nicole Greco, MS, serves as the Executive Assistant to the COO, CMO, and SVP of Strategic Partnerships & Venue Relations at Encore since April 2024. Previously, Greco held executive assistant roles at SimBioSys, Inc., Geode Health, and the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners, providing high-level support to various C-suite executives. Greco's expertise includes managing confidential organizational information, liaising with leadership and staff, creating executive content, and overseeing complex administrative tasks such as expense reporting and calendar management. Greco earned a BBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Loyola University Chicago and a Master of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University.
