Sisto Montoya

Sisto Montoya currently serves as the Shop Manager and Manager of Compliance Services at Encore Oilfield Services, LLC, since February 2024. Prior to this role, Sisto Montoya accrued nearly three decades of experience at Archrock, where the position held was Emission Operations Manager for the Southwest Region from July 1996 to February 2024. Sisto Montoya holds an Associate in Applied Science degree from Odessa College, completed between 1984 and 1987.
