Omar Ruiz

Omar Ruiz, MHM, is an experienced program and operations manager with a robust background in engineering and management. Currently serving as Sr. Program Manager and Senior Operations Manager at Encore Repair Services since February 2016, Omar oversees program offices and US carrier accounts, implementing processes to achieve success metrics. Prior to this role, Omar was a Program Manager and Operations Manager at Ace Wireless Group, where responsibilities included managing a large team and daily operations. With earlier experience as an Advanced Engineer at McMurray Fabrics Inc. and various engineering positions at MFI Products, Omar possesses a comprehensive skill set in product development, manufacturing processes, and organizational leadership. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Management, Marketing, and Finance from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra.
