Stephen Frain

Stephen Frain has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Stephen began their career in 2009 as a Cadet in the US Army, where they served as a Combat Shooting Team Commander. In this role, they trained and led a team of 20-30 cadets in various shooting experiences and managed valuable military-issued weapons. After leaving the army in 2013, Stephen worked at Postec, Inc. as a Senior Retail Implementation Specialist for three years. Stephen was responsible for staging, customizing, and installing systems at customer sites, ensuring their usability and functionality. In 2017, Stephen joined Proton Technologies, Inc. as an IT Support Specialist. Stephen provided technical support and assistance to clients. In 2018, they moved to Presidio as a Wireless Engineer, responsible for designing WLAN networks using vendors like Cisco and Meraki. Stephen'srecent work includes serving as a Mobility Engineer at Encore Technologies since 2020.
