Tracy’s diverse background is an asset to Encore and the partnering hospitals. She has years of experience in operations, finance, marketing, human resources, and sales. Tracy was the director of an accredited trade school, helping students develop into business-minded leaders. Her experience working for veterinary support centers includes transition planning for new practices, managing quarterly sprints, event management, and leading teams to improve process flows and effectiveness.

Tracy assists with effective decision-making, project management, and execution of strategic initiatives. She organizes the communication framework for leadership team members to implement the vision and achieve annual goals. Tracy focuses on important projects and helps to ensure Encore upholds its values.
