Tammy Summerell is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Encore Technology Group since February 2013, Tammy has honed leadership and strategic HR skills. Previously, Tammy held the position of Human Resources Manager at CSI, Inc. from December 2005 to February 2013, contributing significantly to HR operations and management during that time. Tammy holds professional certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
