C Flanagan

C Flanagan has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. They started their career as a Claim Supervisor at DMA Claims in 2009. They then moved on to become a Complex Claims Supervisor at Hastings Mutual Insurance Company in 2010. In 2013, Flanagan joined Farm Bureau of Michigan as a Staff Attorney, and later became the Director of Litigation and Casualty Claims in 2018. They managed all claims litigation for the company and led a team of 20 casualty adjusters. Most recently, Flanagan worked at Encova Insurance, starting as an Assistant Vice President of Claims Litigation in 2022 and then becoming the Vice President of Litigation Services in July 2023.

C Flanagan attended Mentor High School from 1987 to 1990. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism/History at Indiana University Bloomington from 1990 to 1994. Finally, C Flanagan attended Vermont Law and Graduate School from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
