Holly Stevens

Holly Stevens, CISR, CPIA is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance and operations sectors. Currently serving as a Broker Agent-Account Administration at Encova Insurance since November 2019, Holly partners with agents to enhance account management and oversees reconciliation projects involving the Applied EPIC accounting software while also providing training. Previously, Holly was the Director of Operations at National Pride Equipment & Car Wash Superstore, where operational efficiencies were improved through the implementation of workflows and collaboration on job descriptions. Holly began a career at The Buren Insurance Group, starting as a Customer Service Representative and progressing to a Commercial Risk Consultant, where leadership was demonstrated in the integration of agency acquisitions. Earlier experience includes working as a Commercial Underwriter at Westfield Group, responsible for a significant commercial territory. Education was completed at North Central State College.
