Pam Dalton

Pam Dalton, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Pam is currently employed at Encova Insurance as the Director of Talent Acquisition, a role they started in May 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition at both Encova Insurance (July 2019 - present) and BrickStreet Insurance (September 2017 - May 2022).

Pam Dalton, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Concord University in 1992. In 2015, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
