Tom Berkshire CPCU AIC AINS is an experienced insurance professional with a strong background in property claims management. Currently serving as the Manager of Property Claims at Encova Insurance since July 2019, Tom has also held roles as Property Team Lead and Property Resolution Specialist within the company. Prior to Encova, Tom worked at Motorists Insurance Group for over two decades, where responsibilities included Claims Supervisor and Property Resolution Specialist. In addition, Tom served as Property Field Team Lead at Motorists Mutual Insurance Company from September 2015 to November 2019 and gained supervisory experience at UPS from 1988 to 1994. Tom holds a degree in Business Management from Malone University.
