María Fernanda Moreno Cruz

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business ownership, and compliance. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana also holds the position of Compliance Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and practicing as a nutritionist in a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana contributed to education as a university lecturer in applied mathematics for nutrition and food history from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana completed a Diplomatura in Administration and Management of Companies from Universidad Anahuac Online in 2020 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México, obtained in 2015.
