Andrew Stickler

Andrew Stickler is the Executive Vice President of Engineering at Encycle. Andrew has over twenty years of experience in the software engineering industry.

Stickler began their career at CA Technologies in January 2009 as the Vice President of Software Engineering. Andrew was responsible for leading the development of CA DataMinder, overseeing the engineering team in the UK, North America, and Australia. Andrew also worked closely with product management and technical writing teams, and was the main point of contact for technical questions about CA DataMinder from CA’s Global Sales and Services teams. In May 2013, they left CA Technologies to join Blue Jar Solutions Ltd.

At Blue Jar Solutions Ltd, Stickler was responsible for leading a team of engineers in developing software solutions for a range of clients. Andrew also managed relationships with clients, ensuring that they were satisfied with the products and services provided. In 2016, they left Blue Jar Solutions Ltd to join Encycle as the Executive Vice President of Engineering.

Under Stickler’s leadership, Encycle has developed a number of innovative products that have helped the company to grow and thrive. Andrew is passionate about their work and is always looking for ways to improve the products and services offered by Encycle.

Andrew Stickler studied electrical and electronic engineering at the University of Leeds, where they received a BEng degree.

Andrew Stickler reports to Robert M. Chiste, Executive Chairman. They are on a team with Lindsay Coates - EVP, Finance, Ana-Paula Issa - EVP, Sales, and Brad Rittler - Vice President, Channel Sales & Business Development.
