Erica Blunt-Goode

Erica Blunt-Goode, MSW, is a seasoned professional in the fields of social work and product management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Management at encyrcle since August 2023. With a mission focused on fostering authentic connections and aftercare support, Erica leads initiatives aimed at promoting mass healing. Prior experience includes roles at Alleva from May 2017 to August 2023, where Erica held multiple leadership positions in corporate training, client experience, and training implementation. Additionally, Erica worked as Operations Manager at Discover Healing and as an Adolescent & Young Adult Therapist at Volunteers of America Utah. Early in the career, Erica gained experience as a Clinical Social Worker at DDI Vantage, Inc., and as a Program Manager at WLS. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Utah.
