Ion Olari

Ion Olari is an experienced Agile Project Manager and Chief Executive Officer with a strong background in leading cross-functional teams and implementing Agile methodologies across various organizations. Currently, Ion Olari serves as an Agile Project Manager at Endava, leading a team of over 40 individuals and facilitating Agile practices, while also holding the position of CEO at OneSyncs. Previously, Ion Olari gained valuable experience as an Agile Project Manager at Mediapark, where responsibilities included managing projects with substantial budgets and enhancing team collaboration. In prior roles, Ion Olari successfully delivered software projects and acquired clients through innovative sales strategies. Ion Olari holds bachelor's degrees in Business Economics and IT from KEA and Business Administration from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași, complemented by additional educational qualifications in the early academic career.
