Joe Dunleavy

Joe Dunleavy currently serves as the Global Senior Vice President and Head of the AI Pod at Endava, where responsibilities include leading strategic AI initiatives and reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, Matt Cloke. Prior to this role, Joe was the Global Head of Innovation at Endava and held various leadership positions at Tata Consultancy Services, including Vice President of Innovation, where support was provided to Prudential Financial’s emerging technology and architecture teams. Joe's extensive experience in the technology field includes significant roles at Prudential Financial, where notable achievements include founding The Wave Innovation Lab and overseeing large IT teams. Joe's earlier career includes software development roles at Microsoft and a position as a web developer at Nooked. Joe holds multiple degrees in fields such as UX Design, Business Innovation, and Computer Science from Atlantic Technological University and has received leadership training from the William J Clinton Leadership Institute.
