Nikki Niemczycki

Nikki Niemczycki is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and staffing. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager for the Americas at Endava since April 2021, Nikki has also held roles such as Senior Talent Acquisition Lead and Senior Recruitment Business Partner within the same organization. Prior to joining Endava, Nikki was a Senior Recruiter at Levvel, an Endava company, and worked as a Senior Account Executive and Senior Recruiter at Creative Circle, specializing in representing creative and digital talent. Other previous roles include Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Systemp Corporation and Junior Designer at Real Integrated. Nikki holds a degree in Graphic Design, Professional Writing, and Marketing from Saginaw Valley State University.
