The current leadership team at Endeavor Business Media has a wide range of experience in different industries. The CEO, Tom Blondi, has experience as the CEO of SouthComm, Inc and SouthComm Publishing, Inc., as well as experience in publishing from his time as the Publisher at Nashville Scene. The President, Rich Reisner, has experience as the President of Executive Learning and as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Senior Vice President (SVP) of Group Publishing at PennWell. He also has experience in budgeting and strategic planning from his time as the General Manager at Moss Brothers Winery. The Regional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the China Eastern Region, Saon Group Ltd, is also on the leadership team. Another member, Joanne Sperling, has experience as the Group Publishing Director at Newsquest (UK Division of Gannett Newspapers) and as the Chief Financial Officer at Nixon Power Services.
