Andrés Egaña B. is an experienced legal professional and entrepreneur with a focus on venture capital and investment funds. Since October 2016, Andrés has served as Director and Partner at Egana Abogados, a boutique law firm specializing in high-growth companies. Additionally, Andrés holds the position of Vice President at Fundación Amulén since 2012, with a commitment to water conservation initiatives. In March 2023, Andrés took on Director roles at Atipicus and Copilot.tax. As a mentor for Endeavor Chile since November 2017, Andrés supports emerging entrepreneurs. Previous leadership roles include Director at Nesto and Hey Pay, and founding the Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital area at Philippi, Prietocarrizosa & Uría. Andrés began the legal career as an attorney in M&A at Philippi, Yrarrázaval, Pulido & Brunner and World CIL Legal. Andrés holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
