Jessica Mazgaj

Jessica Mazgaj, LCSW, is a Program Manager at Endeavor Health Services. Previously, Jessica worked as an Advanced Practice Clinician at Horizon Health Services. In addition to their work in the mental health field, Jessica is actively involved as a soccer referee, assessor/instructor in the Buffalo & WNY Soccer Referee Unit. Jessica holds a Master of Social Work degree from Binghamton University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Human Services from Elmira College.
