Kathy Lynch

Kathy Lynch has extensive experience in healthcare support and customer service, currently serving as a Copy Editing Assistant at K-kind Words since January 2025 and as a Patient Support Assistant at Endeavor Health Cardiovascular Institute since December 2023. Previously, Kathy worked at NorthShore University HealthSystem for nearly two decades in various roles, primarily as a Patient Support Associate in the Cardiology department, and contributed to the Patient Access team. Additionally, Kathy has held part-time concierge positions at Presbyterian Homes since August 2007, providing assistance and information to visitors and residents. Kathy began a career in employment coaching for disabled clients at Jewish Vocational Service and has a background in accounts receivable management from Packaging Corporation of America. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago.
