Adanma Raymond

Adanma Raymond currently serves as the Head of Network for Endeavor in the United States, focusing on supporting high-growth, under-represented entrepreneurs. In addition, Adanma is the Executive Director of The Historic Fund. Previously at Endeavor, Adanma held roles including Manager of Network & Diversity Programs, where strategic diversity initiatives were developed, and Senior Associate for Entrepreneur Selection & Growth, which involved leading initiatives for female entrepreneurs and coaching candidates. Adanma began a career at Amazon as a Technical Recruiter, engaging in talent acquisition and diversity initiatives. Adanma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Columbia University and has a background in Global Studies from Semester At Sea and a high school diploma from Choate Rosemary Hall.
