Fabián Martínez serves as the Executive Director of Genomawork since May 2018, where expertise is applied in utilizing neuroscience-based data to enhance hiring processes. Concurrently, Fabián is a Board Member at Fundación Impulso Docente, Bodemall, and Open Green Road, the latter of which includes founding Puntaje Nacional LATAM. Selected as an Emprendedor Endeavor in Medellín, Fabián also contributes as a speaker for Social Capital Markets and has co-founded AprendoEmprendo, a national school innovation contest.
