Jaime Acosta

Jaime Acosta is an experienced professional in customer success and business development, currently serving as a Business Mentor at Endeavor since February 2024 and a Member of CS Angel since April 2023. Previous roles include Senior Director and Head of Client Success at Ontic, a Growth Coach at Catalyst Software, and Regional Leader of Customer Success at Slack. Acosta has also held leadership positions at Sprinklr, Mintel, Groupon, and Loyola University Chicago GSB Strategic Consulting Group.
