Ashley Page

Ashley Page is the Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Endeavor. Ashley was previously the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Learfield IMG College from April 2019 to March 2021. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel for IMG from January 2016 to April 2019.

Page has extensive experience in the legal aspects of college sports. As the head of the legal team for IMG College Sports, they oversaw complex multimedia, sponsorship and trademark licensing transactions for US based colleges and universities, including multiple Power 5 member institutions. Ashley also collaborated with the executive leadership team to provide counsel for conflict resolution, influence sales strategies through opportunity identification, mitigate risk, and support contract execution with key partners.

During their time at Learfield IMG College, Page created and standardized user-friendly templates to be used to improve efficiencies, enhance workload production, and reduce time for deal closings for multimedia legal team. Ashley also spearhead the automation of CLC's brand protection and trademark enforcement program for its university clients, driving efficiency and effectiveness by improving matter completion rate by 62%. In addition, they streamlined communication between clients and the internal legal team with an innovative online intake form.

Page has a proven track record of success in leading and managing a team of legal professionals. At Learfield IMG College, they reorganised and redeployed the legal team, assigning dedicated legal advisors to focus on specific academic institutions as subject matter experts. Ashley also implemented a training program to educate colleges and universities on brand protection and trademark portfolio management through quarterly webinars and a bi-weekly legal digest.

Under their leadership, the compliance function at Endeavor has flourished. Ashley has instilled a culture of compliance throughout the company by developling strong relationships with business leaders across Endeavor. Ashley provides proactive compliance counsel on a variety of topics such as anti-corruption, data privacy, competition law, and employment law. Additionally, Ashley oversees all aspects of Endeavor’s compliance program, including developing policies and procedures, conducting trainings, leading investigations, and maintaining the company’s Ethics & Compliance Helpline.

Ashley Page has a career in law and business. Ashley has a degree in history and economics from Spelman College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. Ashley also has a certification from the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business in black corporate board readiness.
