Brian Kaufman

Brian Kaufman is an accomplished sports and entertainment professional with extensive experience in talent representation and analytics. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Team Sports - Analytics at Endeavor since February 2021, Brian specializes in on-field statistical research to enhance performance and monetization strategies for clients in baseball and basketball. As President and CEO of Ideal Sports Management since September 2013, Brian leads a global consulting firm that offers tailored services for sports and entertainment entities. Previous roles include Vice President at Madison Avenue Sports and Entertainment, where Brian represented NHL players and negotiated contracts, as well as positions in business development and analysis at Accrue Sports & Entertainment Ventures, Active Marketing Group, and Vision Sports & Entertainment Partners. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Boston College, earned in 2002.
