Michele Isaacs

Michele Isaacs is an experienced professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as EVP, Talent Management & Co-Head of HR at Endeavor since December 2019. Prior roles include SVP, Global Head of Talent & Development at Thomson Reuters, and VP positions at CoStar Group and AOL. At CoStar Group, Michele developed a comprehensive talent strategy to enhance productivity and employee engagement. As Chief Learning Officer at the US Department of the Treasury, Michele managed learning initiatives across 120,000 employees. Michele also held significant leadership roles at AT&T, Citizens Bank, and Citibank, demonstrating a strong background in organizational development and executive coaching.
