Ellen Heflin

Ellen Heflin is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as Supply Chain Manager at Endeavor Energy Resources, LP since September 2017. Previous roles at Endeavor include Strategic Sourcing Manager, Strategic Sourcing, Continuous Improvement Supervisor, and Continuous Improvement Specialist. Prior to this, Ellen worked as a Marketing Procurement Analyst at BORETS US Inc. and as a Global Supply Chain Champion at National Oilwell Varco, where Ellen was part of the Global Supply Chain team overseeing 17 manufacturing sites internationally. Ellen’s experience includes participation in the NOV Next Generation cross-functional rotational development program, involving multiple assignments across various divisions. Ellen's foundational experience includes research as an Undergraduate Researcher and an internship at C.H. Robinson, along with a mentoring role at Texas Tech University Honors College. Ellen holds a degree from Texas Tech University, obtained in 2014.
