Simon Barr

Simon Barr is an experienced professional in the energy and construction sectors, currently serving as Facilities Construction Manager at Diamondback Energy since September 2024. With over a decade at Endeavor Energy Resources, LP, Simon has held multiple roles, including Project’s Construction Manager, Projects Superintendent, Energy Services Manager, Special Projects Manager, and General Manager. Simon's career began at Real Trailers Inc. as Operations Manager, where operations included assembling and selling horse trailers across North America. Additionally, Simon served as an NBC NCO in the United States Army, specializing in nuclear, biological, and chemical warfare. Simon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas Permian Basin and an Associate's degree from Midland College.
