Clarice Capala

Clarice Capala is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, portfolio management, and project coordination. Currently serving as a Strategy and Portfolio Analyst at Endeavour Energy since December 2022, Clarice focuses on aligning IT strategy with corporate objectives and developing prioritized investment programs. Previously, Clarice held the role of Senior Transformation Lead at the NSW Department of Customer Service, where responsibilities included implementing enterprise-wide business strategies and improving operations. Clarice has also worked as a Business Analyst and in various governance and project management roles within the NSW Department of Communities and Justice. Earlier career highlights include time spent as a Senior Program Coordinator at Access Macquarie Ltd and as a Broadcast Monitor at Australian Associated Press.
